ATP ENERGY is made from D-Ribose and Creatine Monohydrate in a 4:1 ratio. D-Ribose is synthesised by the body’s DNA and RNA to make ATP (Adenosine Tri Phosphate). ATP is the “energy molecule” which is made in the mitochondria (the powerhouse) of every single muscle cell and is used to power contractile force. Creatine Monohydrate converts to Creatine phosphate in the body and is used to regenerate ATP production.
