100%WHEY is a blend of Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Isolate and Whey Hydrolysate providing 83% protein content in its natural unflavoured state with less than 1.5g fat and only 1.8g carbs per serving making it one of the strongest whey proteins available. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: mix one 30g scoop of 100%WHEY with 250-350ml of ice cold milk or water in a shaker and drink as required. Drink one serving immediately after training to accelerate post workout recovery and also consume either with meals or inbetween meals to reach your daily protein target requirements. When attempting to build muscle mass you should aim to consume between 1g to 1.5g of protein per pound of lean body weight daily and also try to consume a daily calorie intake equal to 25-30 times your lean bodyweight in lbs.
